The whole system adopts PLC + touch screen control and cooperates with intelligent sensors to realize unmanned automatic operation. When a fault occurs, it will automatically stop the alarm and display the fault location, which can be easily eliminated without professional technicians. The operation of the equipment is controlled by electricity, gas and liquid separately, without mutual interference and coherent action. It can code one layer in about 16s, and the number of bricks is about 2000 boards. Supporting forklift holding clips can realize pallet-free transfer and loading.

Main features:

1. High degree of automation. The electronic control system is controlled by PLC, which is convenient for operation and maintenance, and more products and more forms of stacking operation can be easily realized by changing the program。

2. Positioning is realized by electronic components and electromagnetic brake. The positioning is accurate, stable and simple, and can reach the millimeter level。

3. Use servo motor as power. Fast response speed and high control accuracy。

4. The blank clamping device is controlled by a pneumatic servo control valve. The air pressure can be adjusted according to the strength of the blank to control the appropriate clamping force.

5. The layout of positioning components is more flexible. Adopt international advanced level PLC and imported high-quality electronic components。

6. The design is more in line with the actual operation level and the specific conditions of different brick making machines。

It is a special palletizing system developed for the current simple block production line. The finished bricks need to be manually palletized, which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency. It is independently placed near the product maintenance yard. Stacking can also be connected in series with the block production line to achieve online stacking.
