The process for producing concrete blocks involves mixing cement, aggregates (sand, gravel or crushed stone), water, and additives to form a uniform mixture. The mixture is then fed into the block making machine, which compresses and molds it into concrete blocks of desired shapes and sizes. The blocks are then conveyed to a pallet handling system, and transferred to a curing chamber where they are left for a specific period to harden and gain strength.
Concrete block production lines are widely used in the construction industry for the production of a variety of concrete products such as hollow blocks, solid blocks, interlocking blocks, paving blocks, and curbstones. The advantages of using concrete block production lines include efficiency, quality, and consistency in the manufacturing process.
The loader will send various raw materials such as sand and gravel into the hopper of the batching machine. It is measured by an electronic meter and batched according to the recipe stored by the computer (or it can be adjusted randomly). After metering, the material is sent from the conveyor to concrete mixer. Raise the hopper and then send the material from the lift bucket to the mixer silo. Cement, fly ash, etc. are also sent to the agitator by the cement and fly ash dosing devices that are conveyed by the screw conveyor to the mixer. The water is then metered into the agitating tank according to the design ratio of water to cement and stirred. After mixing 3 minutes, the mixed materials are transferred through 8 meter of conveyor belt to the block making machine stock hopper for storage. Then the material is sent to the top of the mold by the material of the block machine. The shaft rotates to generate centrifugal force to feed the material into the mold box. After feeding, the material carriage will return to the rear position. The pressure head will drop and start the vibrator to start working and vibrate the material. After the molding, the mold box is lifted to extrude the product, and then the pallet transferring machine pushes the product onto the block transferring machine. The block transferring machine is cleaned by the block surface cleaner, sent to the stacking machine, and then transported by the forklift assemble yard for curing

4. The mold can be used to produce hollow block free-burning bricks, highway shoulders, rivers, slope protection, square bricks and so on by just changing the mould
5. Can be equipped with a dedicated palletizing machine, can easily achieve large-volume automated production
