3. Close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil delivery valve, and control the loading according to the required rate until the test piece breaks.
4. Open the oil return valve, close the oil delivery valve, and remove the fragments of the test piece at the same time. Put in the second and third test pieces in the same way.
5. Open the oil return valve to unload, press the "print" button to print out all the test content, after the test is over, press the "stop" button to stop the motor and turn off the power.
6. When doing the test of the same size test block, it is best not to turn the handwheel, let the piston fall back freely, which not only ensures the test accuracy, but also saves time.
7. When the piston exceeds the maximum stroke (about 20mm), the proximity switch plays a protective role and the press stops working. At this time, the handle of the oil return valve should be opened to lower the piston for a certain distance, and then the test should be repeated.
8. During the working process of the testing machine, when the control system is abnormal, please turn off the power switch directly.
9. The casing of the testing machine must be grounded safely.
