We usually call high fiber pallets GMT(glass mat reinforced thermoplastics) pallet, GMT is a new type of engineering plastic, can be widely used in various parts of the car body, can replace the traditional metal parts, through high pressing in a mould by advanced froming technology. it has been proved to be an environmentally friendly and cost effective material. for block making machine, compared with others, it is an effective solution to the corrosion of steel bulky, plastic brittle fracture, bamboo degumming abrasion,high fiber pallet is also lighter than pvc pallet, as the density is only 1.2g/cm3 smaller than 1.8g/cm3 of pvc pallet, however the surface is not as smooth as pvc pallet.
