3. The mold adopts advanced heat treatment technology, and the mold frame and pressure plate are hardened to 58-62HRC and the minimum hardening depth is 1.2mm.

4. The fit gap is between 0.3-0.6mm. The precise vertical corners and smooth side walls ensure that the produced products are easy to demold, high precision, and have no burrs around.

5. According to customer needs, the mold can be designed and manufactured by welding or modular thread locking.
