Once the cement and other materials are loaded into the hopper, the conveyor belt moves them towards the mixer. In the mixer, all the materials are mixed thoroughly. The mixture is then poured into the mold, and a hydraulic station applies pressure to compress the mixture and form the bricks.
After the bricks are formed, the stacker automatically moves them to a designated location for drying and hardening. The machine is capable of making different types and sizes of bricks, depending on the mold used.

Main Features:
The machine frame consists of a welded construction using sectional steel to ensure optimum rigidity and accessibility.
The tamper and mould carriages are guided by 2 columns, accurately mounted on each side of the main frame in machined housings to allow for close tolerance synthetic bearings and cleaning rings.
The base coarse mix and face mix hopper (optional) and feed boxes are mounted in sub frames, which is vertically adjustable for different product heights. After adjustment by means of a mechanical clamping this frame is bolted to the main frame.
The fresh concrete hoppers (base coarse mix and face mix) are located 90 degrees of the conveying direction and discharge is arranged directly into the feedbox.

Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. The max diameter should require within 10mm.
