Bamboo pallets are a type of pallet made from bamboo wood instead of traditional materials like plastic or wood. Bamboo pallets are lightweight, making them easy to handle and transport, and they are also resistant to moisture and insects. The use of bamboo pallets is becoming increasingly popular due to their sustainability and cost-effectiveness compared to other materials.

There are two main types of bamboo pallets in China, one is a thick curtain process. 25mm thick bamboo glue board is made of six to seven layers of bamboo material. One kind is made by thin curtain technology. 25mm thick bamboo glue board needs 15 layers of bamboo material to make. The thin curtain process produces better water resistance and durability, as well as higher costs.The  bamboo pallets produced by our factory are produced strictly in accordance with national industry standards, and have the characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no deformation, and long repeated use period. It can be used normally under the temperature of -50°C-140°C without cracking or degumming.

Main features:

 1.Good toughness, high density, dip penetration, high strength after dipping. After being soaked in high pressure by WBP glue, its strength and density can guarantee durability more than three times that of ordinary bamboo.

 2.Applying the industry's outstanding production technology of thin-leaf bamboo sheet, a layer of curtains, balance high pressure, compact internal, smooth surface, durable, and free cutting according to user needs size

 3.Bamboo plywood formwork has good water resistance. Boiled 3 hours without opening the plastic board, bamboo plywood template high strength, good toughness, the plate's static bending strength is equivalent to the strength of wood, the board can be used on both sides, no border bamboo plywood template can use 10-30 times.
