Brick Machine Cooler

A brick machine cooler is a component used in brick making machinery to cool down freshly molded bricks that are still hot from the firing process. After shaping the bricks, they are subjected to high temperatures to dry and harden them. The bricks then come out of the firing chamber, which can reach extreme temperatures of up to 1000 degrees Celsius. The cooler is used to bring down the temperature of the bricks for safe handling and storage.

The cooler works by passing air or water over the hot bricks as they are transported along a conveyor belt. This lowers the temperature of the bricks and prevents them from cracking or breaking due to excessive heat.
