Against this backdrop, UNIK Machinery recently completed the installation and commissioning of an automatic production line with racks in Thailand, which is about to officially begin production. At the beginning of this year, a Thai customer planned to upgrade their production line. Recommended by a Chinese partner involved in a China-Thailand cooperation project, they got in touch with the UNIK Machinery team at the Canton Fair. Through multiple rounds of in-depth communication and based on market research and competitor analysis, the customer recognized the performance and quality advantages of UNIK's solution at a comparable price point, particularly valuing its responsive local technical service capability. Ultimately, the customer decided to import the UNIK automatic concrete product production line to meet their growing production demands.
The core equipment of this successfully deployed production line in Thailand is the UNIK Machinery concrete product forming machine, equipped with UNIK Machinery's third-generation patented servo vibrator, characterized by high output and low energy consumption. Furthermore, taking into account the customer's requirements and Thailand's hot and humid climate, the UNIK Machinery technical team specifically reinforced the equipment's heat dissipation system and moisture-proof/anti-rust performance, ensuring long-term stable operation in complex environments.
Addressing the customer's specific needs regarding automation, floor space, and cost, UNIK Machinery integrated an innovative solution into the production line – the automatic line with rack curing mode. This model directly targets pain points in traditional building material production, such as high costs, low transfer efficiency, and large footprint. By coordinating the operation of a lifting brick machine and specialized curing racks, it significantly reduces investment costs while improving overall operational efficiency and production continuity.
The fully servo-interactive lifting brick machine adopts a modular design, allowing the lifting height to be set according to different product specifications. By optimizing the mechanical structure and intelligent control parameters, it achieves precise and efficient product transfer, greatly reducing manual intervention while effectively enhancing the overall production line efficiency.
Compared to fixed curing kilns, using optimized brick racks not only increases space utilization and lowers investment costs but also avoids direct stacking of brick plates, facilitating product transfer and curing, thereby enhancing the continuity and stability of the production process.
In the overall design of the production line, UNIK Machinery integrated multiple sets of automated and intelligent equipment. Besides the fully servo-interactive lifting brick machine, other components include high-precision servo palletizers and intelligent control systems, building a highly automated production system for the entire process. This production line largely replaces traditional manual operation modes, demonstrating outstanding performance in improving production efficiency and operational stability, providing a replicable model for the upgrading of the traditional building material manufacturing sector.
During equipment installation, the customer's on-site manager mentioned that the European equipment they initially used suffered from untimely maintenance and frequent production interruptions due to a lack of localized service. Therefore, for this production line upgrade, the customer made "ensuring local service capability" their top priority. UNIK Machinery has a technical service team in Thailand, capable of providing rapid response and stable support.
