Our Non Burning Brick Machine can be easily operated by the central operating panel, is capable of producing paving blocks, hollow concrete blocks, curbstones, roof gutters, lawn stones, and styrofoam concrete blocks by changing a mould, All the raw materials including water, aggregate and cement are collected in a concrete mixer, which is rotated for about 1 ½ minutes. After mixing, the materials will go into hollow block making machine, Pallets of blocks are conveyed to an automated stacker, it can produce 7200 pieces of 4 inch hollow blocks in an eight-hour shift. In countries where the climate is favorable, green blocks are moist cured at normal temperature of 20°C to 37°C, This type of curing which at 4 days would normally give 40% of its ultimate strength. Initially, green blocks should be placed in a shaded area or enclosed chambers for about 8-12 hours, After that, the blocks can be transported to an assembly yard for further curing for about 28 days to reach 99% of its maximum strength.
