Automatic Block Machinery are used to make paving blocks of different shapes and sizes. They are typically automatic machines consisting of batch hopper, a vibrating table, a mold, and a calibrating tabular. The batch hopper is used to load and measure the amount of raw materials required for the production and to feed it into the vibrating table. The vibrating table also aids in packing the mix and helps to give a compacted surface finish. The mold is used to form the blocks which are then taken out of the mold onto the calibrating tabular which is used to cut and shape the blocks. The manufacturing process of paving blocks requires sand, cement, aggregate and water. Concrete blocks are then formed in the vibrating table and are laid on the surface for the final look.
