Working principle: When the equipment and materials are in place, press the start button when the wood board is in place, the feeding hopper will send out the concrete material, the backstage board will vibrate in place, and the time can be adjusted. After the cloth is finished, the feeding hopper returns, and the distribution motor runs to distribute the materials. After the feeding is completed, all vibrators under the pressure head vibrate to pressurize and vibrate the materials in the mold box. When the height of the block is reached (adjustable height), all vibrations will stop and the after vibration will be eliminated after a delay. After the mold is lifted and in place, the pressure head rises, and the brick feeder sends another wooden board to the vibrating table. At the same time, the finished brick is sent to the block brick conveyor, and the mold box is lowered to complete a production cycle. The entire action is automatically controlled by the PLC. If the manual/automatic knob is in the automatic position, press the start key to complete the automatic cycle of the above steps.
