Block Moulding Machine is able to apply in fully automatic block production line, is made up of batch station, concrete mixer, belt conveyor,automatic stacker and forklift. the fresh brick will be came out of brick machine and transported to stacker by block conveyor,when the splints come to some height, worker should carry the bricks to the curing area.

Block Moulding Machine Main features:

1.the rotation of the fast feeding method to ensure that the block is fully compact, and shorten the feeding time
2. the four-bar guiding method and the excellent super long guide sleeve are used to ensure the precise movement of the indenter and the mold.
3.the body is made of thick-walled super-strong steel and special welding, which is extremely strong and vibration-resistant and has strong excitation force.
4.the control system adopts German Siemens touch screen and programmable controller PLC to realize man-machine dialogue, display the running status of the system in real time, and find the fault prompt alarm.  

Uses: All kinds of external wall blocks, interior wall blocks, flower wall blocks, floor slabs, berm blocks, and blocks such as interlocking pavement blocks and curbs. The secondary fabric mechanism also produces colored pavers. 

Raw materials: sand, stone and cement can be used to add a large amount of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite and perlite.

You should make sure how much work space you have to produce and store blocks, how many blocks you want to produce in a day, what your initial budget for this machine.

2.Can I use just one machine to make every type of blocks?

Yes,Our block making machine is designed to meet the mass production of various kinds of concrete masonry blocks like brick, blocks, pavers, slabs, curbs, interlocking types etc by just changing the mould. all you need to do is remove one type mould and replace with another, which cost at half hour for changing time.

3.what raw materials are required to produce blocks?

Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. The max diameter should require within 10mm.

4.Can I get installation for this machine?

We will arrange our engineer to your factory to guide installation and training,the customer will be responsible for all wages and expense of engineer.

5.How about warranty?

we promise 18 months guarantee for date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective part without charge,This warranty does not cover in cases of improper user, incorrect handling, insufficient maintenance, act of third parties, unauthorized service or modifications to the machine, damage resulting from accident, abuse, lack of reasonable care, normal wear or the addition of any other equipment not provided with product.

6.Can you sent me some spare parts freely?
Generally we used to provide wearable spare parts together when block machine while delivery.

7.How will you treat quality complaint?
