The pressure block testing machine is loaded hydraulically, and uses hydraulic servo control technology to test the anti-pressure performance of building materials such as cement, mortar, concrete, and bricks, and displays the loading force value, loading speed, and loading curve. The test data is automatically processed, stored and printed.

A Block Testing Machine is a device used to test the compressive strength of building materials, typically for materials such as concrete and bricks. It consists of a steel frame and two pressure strain gauges, a pressure pump and a pressure gauge, etc. During the test, the material is placed on a platform and then pressure is applied by means of a pressure strain gauge, which is measured and recorded in the device. After the test is completed, the compressive strength value of the material can be determined. This equipment is often used for quality control of building materials and necessary tests when completing structural engineering designs.

Block Testing Machine Specification:

Operation steps of 2000KN Block Testing Machine:

1. Turn on the power, the red indicator light is on, if not, turn the power switch clockwise.

2. Select the appropriate gear.

3. Press the "Set" button to set the system (number, age, etc.), if you don't need to adjust, go directly to the next step.

4. Press the "clear" key to clear.

5. Put the test piece into the center.

6. Adjust the handwheel so that the upper pressure plate is about 5mm away from the test piece.

7. Press the "Start" button to start the motor. (The red signal light is on, if it is off, the speed will not be displayed, and the test data cannot be saved and printed).

8. Close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil delivery valve, and control the delivery valve to load at the required rate until the test piece ruptures.

9. Open the oil return valve and close the oil delivery valve.

10. Remove the pieces of test piece.

11. Put in the second test piece, and then press the "start" button, repeat steps 8-10.

12. Put in the third test piece, press the "start" button again, and repeat steps 8-10.

13. Open the oil return valve to unload.

14. Press the "print" key to print out all the detection data in the number.

15. After the test is over, press the "Stop" button to stop the motor.
