2.The excellent long guide sleeve ensures precise movement of the indenter and the mold. The body is made of thick-walled super-strength steel and special welding technology, which is extremely strong and vibration-resistant. The amplitude is 2mm and the excitation acceleration is 15g, which makes the material form rapidly in about 3 seconds. The cement is fully liquefied. Under the normal weight ratio, the block strength reaches 10MPa.
3.The electro-hydraulic double-proportional speed regulating valve and various oil passages can accurately and steplessly adjust the working pressure and flow according to the needs of the work, saving energy, ensuring the cycle and reducing the impact.
5.The vibrator used is self-developed, and the main feature of the vibrator is that the vibration force is large. The vibration frequency is high, which requires the internal structure of the vibrator to be strict, the quality must pass, and the internal structure of the vibrator uses two eccentric shafts, and the synchronous speed is consistent and balanced by a pair of synchronous gears. Since the vibrator is operated in parallel, this requires the quality of the vibrator bearing and the synchronizing gear. The bearing used in the factory is imported from Japan, and the gear is forged by a special process to increase the service life of the vibrator.
