Utilized in a simple production line:

The loader will send various raw materials such as sand and gravel into the hopper of batching machine. It is measured by an electronic meter and batched according to the recipe stored by the computer (or it can be adjusted randomly). After metering, the material is sent from the conveyor to the concrete mixer. Raise the hopper and then send the material from the lift bucket to the mixer silo. Cement, fly ash, etc. are also sent to the agitator by the cement and fly ash dosing devices that are conveyed by the screw conveyor to the mixer. The water is then metered into the agitating tank according to the design ratio of water to cement and stirred. After 3 minutes of mixing the mixture, the 8 meters belt conveyor will send the mixed materials to the block making machine stock hopper for storage. Then the material is sent to the top of the mold by the material of the forming machine. The shaft rotates to generate centrifugal force to feed the material into the mold box. After feeding, the material carriage will return to the rear position. The pressure head will drop and start the vibrator to start working and vibrate the material. After the molding, the mold box is lifted to extrude the product, and then the feeding machine pushes the product onto the brick feeding machine. The brick feeding machine is cleaned by the brick surface cleaner, sent to the stacking machine, and then transported by the forklift to the maintenance room for maintenance.

Yes,Our block making machine is designed to meet the mass production of various kinds of concrete masonry blocks like brick, blocks, pavers, slabs, curbs, interlocking types etc by just changing the mould. all you need to do is remove one type mould and replace with another, which cost at half hour for changing time.
3.what raw materials are required to produce blocks?
Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. The max diameter should require within 10mm.
4.Can I get installation for this machine?
We will arrange our engineer to your factory to guide installation and training,the customer will be responsible for all wages and expense of engineer.
5.How about warranty?

An egg-laying / mobile machine works on a concrete floor and leaves fresh blocks on the ground; A stationary machine delivers on wood pallets that slide under the mould. Mobile machines are cheaper and faster; Stationary machines are more versatile in production and guarantee better quality. Stationary machines produce interlocking pavers, Mobile machines don't.
