1. Mixing time: The mixing time can be mixed evenly. The intensity of dry hybrid 20 minutes is increased by 15-23%than 10 minutes; the time of wet mixing should be based on the material. The mixed material is suitable for about 2 hours. Time is too long or too short, which will reduce the pressure resistance of the brick.
2. molding pressure: The pressure of clay cement bricks is about 500 kg per square centimeter. Under this pressure, its products have high pressure resistance and good water resistance. The pressure is too low and it is not easy to compact.
3. Maintenance conditions: Clane cement bricks are generally protected by solar energy. The strength of the 7 -day period of the sun is equivalent to 67-90%of the 28 -day aging strength; the strength of the 28 -day age is 80-95%of the quarter -old strength. Therefore, if the maintenance venue is small, the clay cement brick can be issued after 7 days of maintenance.
