Main features:

1. The height of the vibrating table can be adjusted to produce diversified products. Standard equipment can produce products with a height of 50-400mm and 500mm. According to customer needs, lower height products can also be produced.

2. The main structural parts of the equipment are used Q235B material, and the shaft parts are used 45# steel. The overall structural safety factor is designed according to the large value (3.5 times safety factor), and some key parts are analyzed by local finite element force.

3. The key hydraulic components such as solenoid valves and hydraulic oil pumps are mainly imported well-known brands such as Yuken,CML and important hydraulic parts such as hydraulic cylinders and valve blocks are made of domestic famous brand products such as long-term hydraulics. Key electrical components such as sensors, proximity switches, and electronic control components are mainly branded products such as Japan's Mitsubishi and Japan's Omron. 4. The material of mould is carburized by Q345B (16 manganese), and the inner cavity of the mold is formed by wire cutting, which effectively ensures the size of the finished brick and the service life of the mold.

5. High-strength excitation force improves product compactness. The host can be equipped with a high-efficiency servo vibration system, which has fast response speed and large excitation force. The same brick, under the premise of ensuring the compactness of the product, the molding speed is 20% higher than that of similar models in the market.
