Maintenance Overview for Concrete Block Machines

In today's fast-paced modern society, not only is human work efficiency continuously improving, but machinery in the mechanical industry is also accelerating production rhythms. Among them, non-fired concrete block machines, as one of the best-selling mechanical products, also face the demand for high-intensity work. To ensure the continuous and stable operation of non-fired brick machines, understanding their daily maintenance and care is of great importance.

The Importance of Maintenance

In modern industrial production, the maintenance and care of block machines are key to ensuring their high-speed operation and extending their service life. Lack of maintenance can lead to equipment failure, affecting production efficiency and product quality. Next, we will introduce in detail the maintenance and care points of brick machines, hoping to provide you with practical help.

Specific Maintenance Measures

1.Hydraulic Oil Usage and Replacement

Hydraulic Oil Selection: Use anti-wear industrial hydraulic oil ISOHMN46 viscosity oil. Do not use other specifications of hydraulic oil without the permission of our factory; otherwise, our factory will not bear the warranty responsibility. Replace hydraulic oil regularly, preferably every 12 months, and thoroughly clean the oil tank before replacement to avoid failures caused by the use of improper hydraulic oil.

2.Filter Elements and Equipment Cleaning

Filter Element Inspection: Check the filter elements once a week after starting work, and then check again every 500 hours of operation.

Equipment Cleaning: To extend the life of hydraulic components, regularly clean the equipment carefully to ensure that the top power section is free of dust. Be careful when adding oil to avoid injecting dirt into the hydraulic system. If the solenoid valve does not operate, try pulling the valve core to determine whether it is stuck by dirt or check the coil and signal issues. Keep the equipment clean to extend the life of hydraulic components.

3.Grease and Vibrator Box Maintenance

Grease Injection: Inject calcium-based grease (yellow grease) into the grease nipples on the guide sleeves once every 10 days.

Vibrator Box Maintenance: Replace the 220-grade gear oil in the vibrator box under the vibrator table one month after starting work, and then add as needed. Check the quality and oil level of the lubricating oil in the vibrator box before starting the machine every day, ensuring it is between 50-60mm. Inject calcium-based grease into the guide sleeves every 10 days, and check the quality and oil level of the lubricating oil in the vibrator box daily during production.

4.Shock Absorber and Guide Sleeve Copper Sleeve Replacement

Shock Absorber Replacement: If the shock absorber on the forming table is indented more than 3mm or shows cracks, replace it promptly. When replacing, first loosen the fixing bolts, remove the old shock absorber, and install the new one.

5.Guide Sleeve Copper Sleeve Replacement:

When the gap between the guide sleeve and the guide column exceeds 1-1.5mm, replace the copper sleeve inside the guide sleeve. Remove the fixing bolts, fixing blocks, and guide shaft components in sequence, take out the worn copper sleeve, install the new one, and then reassemble all the removed parts. During work, observe the condition of the shock absorber and the guide sleeve copper sleeve, and replace any abnormal parts in time to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Main screw accessories should be disassembled and assembled step by step.
