Cement Bricks Automatic Machine Technical features:

1. The specific fixed pallet device prevents the pallet from moving back and forth, and the isolation pallet device reduces the loss of the pallet and prolongs the service life of the pallet.

2. Original imported hydraulic components to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the product. 

3. Using energy-saving vibration system, the vibration force can be adjusted arbitrarily, reducing the damage of vibration force to equipment and molds. The frequency conversion synchronous vibration method has greater vibration force, higher brick density and less cement consumption.

4. The new type of feeding trolley is equipped with wear-resistant and anti-leakage devices.

5. The bottom mold is equipped with a gear synchronization device to ensure that the bricks are not damaged when the bottom mold is demolded.

6. The synchronous gearbox is moved out to ensure that the vibration box does not leak oil and at the same time reduce vibration energy consumption.

Curing suggestion:

28 days curing to gain the full strength of masonry product is based on concrete which is slightly different when applying for the dry mix material for the block making. It is very commonly now cement is added with high quality Fly ash, and under the favorable condition like the temperature and humidity, the compressive strength of the block/paver with gain up to 80% in less than 7 days curing, by using the #425 type cement and design the mix proportional at least 20% higher than the required compressive strength, the block/paver will be qualified to be delivered to the clients.
