1. Batching& mixing system
The batching mixing system is composed of cement silo (powder ash silo), automatic batching machine, conveyor, concrete mixer , cement scale, screw conveyor and other equipment, and various raw materials are carried out according to the pre-set ratio. The metering and mixing are conveyed to the forming machine by the conveyor. various raw materials and control the proportion of water added to ensure product quality.
2.Block making machine
The molding machine is intelligently controlled by a computer, hydraulic transmission, vibration pressure molding. According to the user's production requirements, the mold can be changed to produce a variety of concrete products. One machine has multiple uses, stable performance, high production efficiency and low maintenance.
3.Elevator machine
The products are conveyed to the lifter after passing the brick surface cleaner. The lifter is a part of the fully automatic maintenance system, which can layer the products and lift them to a certain height to match the operation of the mother car.
4. Finger car
It is composed of two equipments, a child car and a mother car, running on the track, back and forth between the lifting and lowering machine and the curing kiln, transporting the newly formed and cured products.
5. Lowerator machine
The lowering machine is used to send the cured products to the brick conveyor, and then enter the palletizing area for palletizing. The pallet is returned to the forming machine by the return plate system for recycling.
6. Automatic palletizing system
The palletizing system clamps the products from the pallet and cross-stacks them on the exit conveyor, and then moves them to the packing area to realize the automation of the palletizing and packing of products in the later stage. The palletizer is equipped with four rubber sleeve clamp arms, hydraulically operated, and can move 360 degrees horizontally.
