1) The 3-20 type block machine adopts a four-bar guiding method to ensure accurate movement of the indenter and the mold.
2) The machine body is made of high-precision, high-strength castings and special welding techniques and materials. It has good rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life.
3) The electrical system can adopt imported color touch screen and programmable controller PLC, and its control system can include safety logic control and fault diagnosis system.
4) The 3-20 block making machine adopts the table surface vibration pressure forming and adopts the reciprocating guide feeding device, which has short molding cycle, high production efficiency, compact block, high strength and accurate size.
