The UNT800 is a well-known fully automatic mobile multilayer machine. Universality is another of its characteristics. This machine offers the widest scope of production possibilities for all types of concrete blocks and pavers. In addition, there is a specially designed version for producing large blocks that can be made from recycled materials. The moulds are supplied by UNIK, and large blocks such as LEGO-style blocks can be put into fully automatic mass production. Nowadays, recycled construction materials can be used to produce LEGO-style blocks.

The UNT800 is available not only in a mobile version but also in a stationary version, both of which can be used to produce LEGO-style blocks. The blocks are produced on pallets, require curing like ordinary concrete blocks, and can be manufactured according to different output requirements.

The UNT800 can be used as a universal machine as well as a special machine for non-standard products and for completing single-pallet plants to allow the production of niche products. With the UNT800, you will always make the right choice. Concrete cable ducts, manholes, prefabricated elements, and even products up to 1,000 mm high used for landscaping design can be manufactured with this machine, meeting the highest quality requirements while allowing very economical production. Segmental units such as pavers with face mix, hollow blocks, and insulating blocks can be produced in multilayer production. The individual product layers are protected and separated by a layer of dry sand or, alternatively, a plastic foil.

In just a few steps, construction waste can be turned into concrete products, which then become solid walls. Under normal conditions, these walls can be easily removed because they are formed by stacking.

With the invention of the UNT800 for producing LEGO-style blocks, UNIK has expanded the range of products made by block making machines. The UNT800 can use construction waste and recycled aggregate to produce LEGO-style blocks. Because LEGO-style blocks are not used in traditional construction, the requirements for the concrete material are lower, and almost all non-contaminated construction waste can be used to produce LEGO-style blocks.
