After products are formed, they are conveyed to a block elevator, then transferred by the shuttle car to the curing kiln. Finally, finished products are transferred by the shuttle car to a block lowering machine for unloading and stacking. This enhances transport efficiency and ensures product quality.
• Automatic Stacking System: In traditional brick production lines, stacking is often a labor-intensive step prone to product damage. Currently, the production line has largely completed commissioning at the customer's site in Guatemala and will soon officially begin production.
